Description: Obagi's Balancing Toner stabilizes skin's delicate pH levels to reduce excess oil production for a clearer, more matte complexion. Witch hazel purifies and minimizes pores, while sodium PCA provides lightweight hydration. Aloe vera and antioxidants soothe inflammation, even skin tone and protect against environmental aggressors.

Directions: Pump two to three pumps of toner onto cotton pad. Smooth across face and neck, avoiding the eyes, after washing with Obagi Foaming Cleanser. Allow to dry before applying additional products. Use morning and evening.
