You can’t stand in a checkout line without seeing headlines like “Erase 10 Years Instantly!” But let’s be real—aging gracefully isn’t about chasing youth. It’s about embracing your age with confidence, vitality, and a little style.


With good sleep, good friends, good food—and a few of my favorite finds—you can glow through every decade.


This summer, I’m leaning all the way into feeling good, inside and out. That means being kind to myself, staying curious, nourishing my body, and protecting my skin. Aging gracefully doesn’t mean pretending you’re 25. It means choosing vibrancy, joy, and really good skincare.


Here are 10 non-negotiables I swear by for looking and feeling my best—no matter the number on the cake:
