At Karee Hays Esthetics, Client Care Coordinators are an essential part of our team, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for each patient. As a Client Coordinator, you will:

  • Check patients in and out, manage appointment scheduling, and provide information on products and services.
  • Handle payments, update patient records, and assist patients in booking future appointments.
  • Deliver an exceptional Karee Hays Esthetics experience to each patient, whether they’re new or returning.
  • Assist in various administrative tasks, answer phone calls, and maintain an organized, inviting front area.
  • Restock and reorganize products as needed, ensuring a polished, enjoyable shopping environment for patients.
  • Assist in various local pick-up and shipping duties.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with patients.
  • Proficiency in office software, with the ability to manage payment records and electronic patient files.
  • The ability to take direction and work independently, while demonstrating exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A genuine passion for the aesthetics industry and a commitment to product and service knowledge. Being able to answer questions, educate patients, and make recommendations with confidence—whether in person, on the phone, or by email—is essential for this role.
