At Karee Hays Esthetics, Client Care Coordinators are an essential part of our team, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for each patient. As a Client Coordinator, you will:

  • Check patients in and out, manage appointment scheduling, and provide information on products and services.
  • Handle payments, update patient records, and assist patients in booking future appointments.
  • Deliver an exceptional Karee Hays Esthetics experience to each patient, whether they’re new or returning.
  • Assist in various administrative tasks, answer phone calls, and maintain an organized, inviting front area.
  • Restock and reorganize products as needed, ensuring a polished, enjoyable shopping environment for patients.
  • Assist in various local pick-up and shipping duties.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with patients.
  • Proficiency in office software, with the ability to manage payment records and electronic patient files.
  • The ability to take direction and work independently, while demonstrating exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A genuine passion for the aesthetics industry and a commitment to product and service knowledge. Being able to answer questions, educate patients, and make recommendations with confidence—whether in person, on the phone, or by email—is essential for this role.

At Karee Hays Esthetics, our Social Media Manager plays a key role in expressing who we are as a brand — clinically driven, approachable, and beautifully elevated. This role is responsible for bringing our story to life across digital platforms and ensuring our online community feels informed, inspired, and connected.

As a Social Media Manager, you will:

  • Capture and produce high-quality photography and videography of products, treatments, team members, and behind-the-scenes moments
  • Plan, create, and post content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and future channels
  • Manage a monthly content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, and clinic priorities
  • Film and edit short-form video content optimized for social-first engagement
  • Maintain active community engagement through comments, DMs, and brand reputation interactions
  • Support influencer and affiliate collaborations, including coordination and content needs
  • Monitor analytics and provide performance insights to guide future strategy
  • Uphold brand voice and clinical accuracy in all messaging
  • Work onsite regularly at the clinic for content capture while completing editing, planning, and reporting remotely
ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Proven social media marketing experience (2–4+ years preferred), ideally in aesthetics, beauty, or a luxury consumer brand
  • Demonstrated photography + videography skills with a portfolio that reflects elevated visuals
  • Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar platforms
  • Strong writing and creativity with the ability to translate clinical education into accessible storytelling
  • A self-starter mindset — organized, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-growing environment
  • A passion for skincare and the desire to stay ahead of industry trends
