Boosted KH Koji Pads will no longer be available through online orders.
Patients must purchase boosted Kojis directly through the clinic and must have an active recommendation from a KH provider within the last year. A $10 boost fee applies to boosted formulas.

Our standard KH Koji Pads are already formulated to be highly effective, and most patients do not require a boost for excellent results. Boosted formulas are reserved for select patients based on skin type, treatment goals, and provider recommendation.
This change helps ensure patients are properly evaluated and using the correct strength safely and appropriately for their skin.
This is absolutely normal! Koji pads oxidize over time which causes the discoloration. Keeping them in the fridge will help delay the oxidation process. They are still fine to use, but please note they are to be used once a day and a container holds 60 so the typical time frame for them to be used is 2 months.

Shipping + Returns
Yes, we offer free shipping for domestic orders over $200. Check your cart total to see the current deal on free shipping.
When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
Orders are processed within 4-6 business days. Orders placed after 12 p.m. CST will be processed the following business day. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business days.
Foreign shipping could take up to 14 business days.
Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.
Unfortunately, we do not offer expedited shipping.

Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.
Please inquire for more information about our refund policy.
We gladly accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Please note that returns not adhering to our policy* will be declined and sent back to you.
Please pick up your order within 10 days of receiving your notification. After this period, we cannot guarantee product availability. Custom-compounded products that have not been picked up are non-refundable after 15 days from the order date.
Payments
We kindly ask that you please notify us at least 24 hours ahead of your appointment to cancel or reschedule. For Monday appointments, please cancel or reschedule by Friday of the week prior.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, we will do our best to see you, but you may be asked to reschedule.
For no-shows and late cancellations, we’ll charge $100 to your card on file.
We do not accept insurance or CareCredit but will take payment from eligible FSA/HSA accounts or Cherry.
