If you have seen one of our providers, we will check your chart and customize, if needed, according to your provider's discretion. We are unable to add anything to your formula without a consultation with one of our providers. This is absolutely normal! Koji pads oxidize over time which causes the discoloration. Keeping them in the fridge will help delay the oxidation process. They are still fine to use, but please note they are to be used once a day and a container holds 60 so the typical time frame for them to be used is 2 months.
