Fall is one of my favorite times of year to reset my skincare routine.
After months of summer sun, heat and travel, my skin is usually ready for a little extra attention. It’s when I start focusing more on brightening post-summer pigmentation, improving uneven skin tone, smoothing texture and restoring hydration as the weather gets cooler.
But my fall reset goes beyond skincare. Give me a great jacket, a cozy candle and a few beauty products that make getting ready easier, and I’m happy.
So, I’m sharing my 2026 fall favorites: the skincare products, laser treatments, beauty essentials and fall fashion finds I’m personally using, wearing and recommending right now.
1. My Fall Skincare Essential: KH Sheer Shine Pads
Fall is when I get serious about undoing everything summer did to my skin.
KH Sheer Shine Pads are part of my regular fall skincare routine for keeping my complexion looking bright, smooth, clear and refreshed.
After a season of increased sun exposure, I like to become more intentional with my skincare routine again—and these make it incredibly easy.
If your skin is looking dull or uneven after summer, this is one of my favorite places to start.
2. My Favorite Fall Laser Treatment: UltraClear Laser
My big fall laser treatment is officially on the calendar.
I did UltraClear Laser last year, and it was easily one of the best things I’ve done for my skin.
Fall is a great time to start addressing some of the visible changes that can show up after summer, including hyperpigmentation, uneven skin tone and changes in skin texture.
UltraClear is a fractional laser treatment that I love when my skin needs a more significant reset. I was so happy with my experience last year that I already have my next treatment scheduled.
If you’ve been searching for a laser treatment for post-summer pigmentation or uneven skin tone in Nashville, this is one I recommend discussing with your provider.
3. My Post-Laser Favorite: CurrentBody Red Light Therapy Mask
After my laser treatments, I love keeping my at-home skincare routine simple.
One of my favorites is the CurrentBody Red Light Therapy Mask.
It has become one of those beauty devices I actually use consistently—especially when I’m prioritizing my skin and giving it a little extra attention.
Red light + pajamas + an early bedtime = my kind of fall evening.
4. My Favorite Fall Blush: YSL Make Me Blush
You know that I’m not wearing much makeup, I just naturally look this good flush?
That’s exactly why I love YSL Make Me Blush.
It gives my complexion that pretty, natural-looking color without making my makeup feel overdone. It’s one of those effortless beauty products that makes a big difference with very little work.
5. Coming Soon: New KH Cleansers
I can finally give you a little hint about what we’ve been working on behind the scenes at Karee Hays.
New KH cleansers are coming.
A great skincare routine starts with cleansing, and we’ve spent a lot of time getting these exactly where we want them.
I am VERY excited for you to try them.
That’s all I’m sharing for now—but trust me, you’ll want to be first to know.
6. My Favorite Fall Candle: A Beautiful Moment
If you’ve smelled A Beautiful Moment, you already know.
This candle NEVER disappoints.
It’s warm, beautifully layered and somehow one of those fragrances that everyone loves. Light it at the end of the day and the entire house instantly feels a little cozier.
For me, this is the scent of a slow fall evening at home.
7. My Favorite Fall Transition Piece: Zara Trench Vest
The easiest fall outfits are the ones that look like you put in far more effort than you actually did.
Enter the Zara Trench Vest.
Throw it over something simple and suddenly the entire outfit looks pulled together. It’s the perfect transitional piece for those early fall days when it’s technically fall but the weather hasn’t completely gotten the memo.
8. My Favorite Travel Makeup Brushes: BK Beauty
My all-time favorite makeup brushes are now MINI.
The BK Beauty Travel Brushes stay in my makeup bag for touch-ups, weekends away and travel. They’re compact without sacrificing the things I love about the full-size brushes.
If you already love BK Beauty brushes, you need these.
9. My Fall Lip Essential: Charlotte Tilbury Life Changing Lip Mask
Once cooler weather hits, a good lip treatment becomes non-negotiable for me.
I cannot be without the Charlotte Tilbury Life Changing Lip Mask.
It leaves my lips feeling incredibly soft and hydrated without feeling overly heavy, which is exactly what I want when the air starts getting cooler and drier.
The name might sound dramatic.
But it really is SO good.
10. The Jacket I'll Wear On Repeat
Maeve Wool Blend Shrunken Heritage Lady Jacket.
I love finding pieces that instantly make you feel put together without having to think too hard about it, and this jacket is exactly that. It has that classic, polished look I love, but still feels easy enough for everyday.
I’ll be throwing it on with jeans and a simple tee, wearing it to dinner, and basically finding any excuse to reach for it all season. It’s one of those pieces that makes the whole outfit.
11. The Deodorant I'm Telling Everyone About
CYKLAR Mandelic Acid Deodorant.
This might be one of the less glamorous things on my fall favorites list, but it’s one I use every single day. I’ve been loving CYKLAR’s Mandelic Acid Deodorant—it feels elevated, smells beautiful, and makes an everyday step feel a little more luxurious.
I’m always drawn to products that combine thoughtful ingredients with a really good experience, and this one checks both boxes. It has officially made its way into my everyday routine.
How I Transition My Skincare Routine From Summer to Fall
The biggest change I make to my skincare routine in the fall is becoming more intentional about pigmentation, texture and hydration.
Summer can leave behind visible sun damage, uneven tone and dullness. At the same time, cooler weather can mean your skin starts needing more hydration and barrier support.
My fall skincare philosophy is simple: address the summer damage, support the skin barrier and stay consistent.
For me, that means incorporating hydrating products like KH Sheer Shine Pads, planning more corrective in-office treatments like UltraClear and making sure I’m giving my skin what it needs at home.
And, as always, SPF doesn't disappear just because summer is over.
