Menopause isn’t a crisis — it’s a chemistry rebrand.


Your hormones start acting like teenagers with car keys. Estrogen dips, cortisol pops, and suddenly you’re asking yourself, Did I really put my keys in the freezer? (Yes. Yes, I did.)

I see it every day in the clinic, and I’ve lived it myself.
