Ashley is a true Nashville native, born and raised in the heart of Tennessee. After completing her studies at Volunteer State Community College, she pursued her passion for beauty and skincare, earning both her Cosmetology and Aesthetician degrees from Tennessee Technology in Nashville. With 20 years of experience in the aesthetics field, Ashley has spent the last 14 years honing her craft as a medical aesthetician at Karee Hays, where she’s become an integral part of the team.
Ashley’s dedication to skincare goes beyond just treating her clients—she genuinely cares about their well-being and loves helping them achieve their best skin. Her warm and approachable nature makes every client feel at home, and her passion for skincare shines through in every treatment she provides.

When she’s not at work, Ashley enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children in Mt. Juliet, TN. She also adores her fur babies, Sophia and Gemma, who are always by her side. Whether she’s enjoying a relaxing day with her family or taking her dogs for a walk, Ashley knows how to make the most of her free time.
