Sophie grew up in Jackson, TN, and later made her way to Samford University, where she followed her passion for nursing. After earning her degree, she stayed in Birmingham to work at Children's of Alabama for four rewarding years, caring for young patients in the Pediatric Cardiac Care Unit. Her journey continued back at Samford, where she earned her Master of Science in Nursing and became a Family Nurse Practitioner.

During her time in NP school, a rotation in dermatology sparked her love for skincare, and from that moment on, she knew it was her calling. This led her to Houston, where she trained alongside a plastic surgeon, honing her skills before eventually returning to Tennessee.

Sophie has been a part of the KH family for almost four years now, and her patients mean the world to her. She treats each one like family, and her passion for facial balancing and enhancing natural beauty shines through in her work. Always curious and driven, Sophie believes that learning never stops. She’s committed to staying on top of the latest techniques and technologies in the industry to offer her patients the best care possible.

When she’s not at work, Sophie loves to spend time outdoors, enjoy dinner with friends, explore new places, and get lost in a good book. For her, life is all about balance—both in beauty and beyond.
